Elopement Package (up to 20 pax)

We offer an intimate elopement package for up to 20 guests to connect, stay, experience, celebrate, enjoy and be together. We take out all the worry and planning by offering you the location, accommodation, catering & key MUST HAVES for your elopement to be beautiful. We can add on anything you desire and include it all on 1 invoice - offering you payment plans too!
What’s included:
→ Accomodation for up to 20 pax
→ Photography for 2hrs provided in a digital gallery
→ Celebrant to perform a micro ceremony + vows & legal parts
→ Floral installation on arbor or dinner table + bouquet & buttonhole
→ 3 course sit down chef made meal on the 2nd evening + breakfasts daily which you cook when you wake up
→ Monday to Thursday availability excluding school holidays, Public Holidays & peak seaons
→ Wedding Planner to guide, support and lead you on all parts
Our experience timeline typically looks like this:
Day 1
- arrival from 2pm followed by use of our outdoor BBQ area to enjoy a relaxed dinner before getting a good nights sleep.
Day 2
- make your breakfast when your get up, ceremony after lunch followed by a charcuterie board in the afternoon before a chef prepared meal in the evening to celebrate.
Day 3
- create your recovery breakfast to depart with a late checkout of 12pm with a full tummy.
We know that every couple need different things for their elopment experience so we have some popular upgrades we offer for additional fees but on the same invoice & payment plan options:
→ Hair, MUA or beauty experiences like facials or massages
→ Wedding Cake, Lunch Menus or Cocktails Menus
→ Extra guests to attend for the reception experience to make an event out of it
→ Videography or Content Creation to snap the memories for you
A ‘legals only’ is only 4 guests PLUS the celebrant. As we are an operating B&B if the whole house is not booked you may share spaces with other guests. Ask about our legals only package if this is you.
A ‘mirco wedding’ is 5 to 20 guests + PLUS the celebrant. This is the elopment package for up to 20 guests PLUS you are welcome to invite up to 30 more guests for the afternon & evening which attracts an event fee & additional catering costs based on final numbers from 2pm til 11pm ONLY. Ask us about out Mirco Wedding package if this is you.
Please Note:
Only guests listed on the Elopement package guest listing or event guest list are permitted to attend the elements of the ceremony or reception. If you have more guests we would transition to a ceremony + reception package alternative.
*Book this package & we can create a bespoke package for you with our Reception Package up to 80pax and/or Ceremony Package.

Our property has beds to sleep up to 20 guests with moderate and luxury sized rooms - some featuring ensuite facilties and others shared facilities. We have an event package upgrade option if you desire inviting more than the 20 guests - just ask so we can guide you how this works for events at Palmyra B&B.
